Michael has been working in the coffee industry since 2009 and coaching coffee business owners since 2014. After falling in love with coffee, Michael's passion turned towards the way a healthy business can take great care of people, but an unhealthy, unprofitable business actually hurts people. These days he specializes in helping coffee business that have multiple cafe locations and a roastery doing over $1M in annual revenue.
