Our 12-month coaching curriculum is designed to empower you to increase profits, pay yourself a salary, and set up the day-to-day to run itself.
The program unfolds in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Ensuring the Owner is Flourishing
Phases 2: Ensuring the Business is Flourishing
Phase 3: Ensuring the Staff is Flourishing
By the end of the 12 months you’ll be able to take a 4-week vacation and work no more than 25 hours per week.
