One-on-One Coaching
Meeting with cafe + roastery owners weekly is how we started.
Our 12-month coaching curriculum is designed to empower you to increase profits, pay yourself a salary, and set up the day-to-day to run itself.
The program unfolds in 4 phases:
PHASE 1: Discovery, Cost & Pricing Analysis
PHASE 2: Ensuring the Owner is Flourishing
PHASE 3: Ensuring the Business is Flourishing
PHASE 4: Ensuring the Staff is Flourishing
By the end of the 12 months you’ll be able to take a 4-week vacation and work no more than 25 hours per week.

Standing One-on-One Coaching Calls
Meeting via Zoom will ensure you feel encouraged and supported as well as empowered and equipped to build a healthy coffee business that takes great care of people. This is where we execute our proven curriculum.
Flagship Workshops
Each phase has a 5-hour Flagship Workshop that goes with it. We walk you through creating a personal life plan so your business compliments your life, how to revamp your Guiding Principles, and Compensation Packages for staff!

An Invitation to Visit Our Homestead
We have a 16-acre homestead in Central Wisconsin that we hope is a sanctuary for coffee business owners like you! Join us for some time away to disconnect. We can also do one of your Flagship Workshops in person during your visit!
Ad Hoc Calls
In addition to your Standing Meetings with us, you can schedule Ad Hoc Calls whenever you have a specific question you want to tackle. These are great when you have something that is BOTH PRESSING & PRIORITY you need to address!
Discounts on Site Visits
Our families are our top priorities so we don't do Site Visits flippantly. Our 1-1 Clients get a discount on In-Person Site Visits and as often as possible, we bring our family with us so you meet the whole crew.

At some point in the journey, attending Group Calls is a HUGE encouragement to our 1-1 Clients. It's lonely at the top and our Group Coaching Calls are a supportive, encouraging place where we help you overcome obstacles.
