I've been working my way through the curriculum and really enjoying it. Thank you! I just finished the first "Staffing & Scheduling" module...very thought provoking... the "Common Misconceptions section was eye opening and we're working on our schedule as I type. Very helpful. We immediately say opportunities to improve our schedules.
